Over the past three years, our Strengthening Emergency Care (SEC) Programme has benefitted from funds raised by Soroptimists all over Great Britain and Ireland for the BIG Project. With their help, MCAI continues to save and improve the lives of pregnant women and their babies in The Gambia.
